LAMI (Google Business Profile: "Lami - Lanzhou Noodles") is a Lanzhou hand-pulled
noodle bistro in Prague's Old Town (Veleslavínova 59/3, 110 01 Praha 1), opened
September 1, 2026, on the site of the former Ramencraft. It is part of the BASU
family (www.basu.cz). It is a bistro, not a full-service restaurant: order at the
counter or by QR code, pay, eat.

- Cuisine: Lanzhou beef noodle soup (lamian), hand-pulled to order in seven widths
  (default: sanxi, Ø 2.5 mm). The classic standard: clear broth, white radish,
  red chilli oil, green herbs, golden noodles (一清二白三红四绿五黄). Also chilli
  oil noodles, beef rib, Sichuan cold starters, beef dumplings.
